Another Subchapter M Deadline
With another Subchapter M deadline looming this July it’s not too late to implement software like MobileOps to help simplify the inspection process. On July 22nd, 2019 each company will have had to obtain COI’s for 25% of their fleet in order to keep their vessels up and running. There is still time to get setup for success. Getting red flagged by the Coastguard should not be an option!
How can MobileOps help?
MobileOps is an efficient tool that helps with the record-keeping and the tracking of personnel safety and vessel maintenance—which make up the bulk of the Subchapter M requirements. Once all relevant data is stored in MobileOps, companies do not have to worry about forgetting or missing things like safety drills or preventative maintenance that are crucial to staying compliant. MobileOps eliminates the fear of losing important records that contribute to passing the inspection process. All objective evidence is at your fingertips at all times. You can stay organized, efficient AND compliant.
How long does implementation take?
The MobileOps team can get an operation setup quickly. We like to emphasize that we can move at any pace and that we provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Data can be pulled from various company documents and manuals and migrated into MobileOps with the help of our team. Once data is in MobileOps, companies can start utilizing MobileOps for recordkeeping and tracking.
With a tailored training program provided by MobileOps, management and crew utilization of MobileOps can be set at a desired pace as well. We’ve helped customers get up and running in as little as a day and we’ve also helped customers implement MobileOps over a longer period of time to ensure a gradual, seamless transition for crews and shoreside employees.
Complying with new regulations has never been more efficient. Overall, it is our goal to faciliate success for our towboat customers in whatever time frame they desire.
